## Option 1: MCP (developer mode)

Add the SpaceForms MCP server with your API key and ChatGPT can create, publish and read surveys directly.

## Option 2: the prefill link

Without any setup, ChatGPT can give you a link like https://spaceforms.io/make?prompt=Customer%20churn%20survey. Open it and the survey builds itself.

How do I get an API key?

Sign in, open Settings → API keys (spaceforms.io/settings/api-keys), name the key and press Create. The key starts with sf_live_ and is shown once. You can revoke it at any time.
