Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026. SpaceForms is operated by Alice Labs AB, Sweden ("we", "us").

1. Using SpaceForms

By creating, publishing or answering a form on SpaceForms — directly or through an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, an MCP client or our API — you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.

2. Forms created without an account

Forms created by an AI assistant without an account are guest forms. Whoever holds the private claim link can take over the form and its responses within 30 days. Keep that link private. Unclaimed guest forms may be removed.

3. Prohibited use

• Phishing, collecting passwords, login details, card numbers or other credentials.
• Impersonating another person, company or brand.
• Spam, malware, fraud, or anything illegal.
• Harassment, hate, or content that exploits minors.
• Collecting sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and respondents' informed consent.
• Trying to get around our limits, safety review or security.

We review forms automatically before they are published and may block, unpublish or delete forms and close accounts that break these rules, without notice.

4. Your content

You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. You give us the rights we need to host, display, process and back up that content to run the service. You are responsible for your content and for how you use the responses, including meeting data protection law (e.g. GDPR) towards your respondents.

5. Plans and payment

SpaceForms has a free plan and paid options. Paid plans and one-time unlocks are charged through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Termination

You can stop using SpaceForms and delete your forms at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if required by law.

7. Service and liability

SpaceForms is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Alice Labs AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Swedish law applies, and disputes go to Swedish courts, unless consumer law where you live says otherwise.
