Employee Engagement
Employee engagement is the emotional commitment employees have to their organization and its goals.
Per Gallup State of the Global Workplace 2026, only 20% of employees globally are engaged. Disengaged employees cost the global economy approximately $10 trillion annually in lost productivity. Engagement is typically measured via annual surveys + quarterly pulses, with eNPS as a top-line indicator and specific driver questions (recognition, growth, manager support) underneath.
