    Pulse Survey

A pulse survey is a short, frequent survey (3-5 questions) used to track sentiment over time.

Pulse surveys trade depth for cadence. Standard pulses run quarterly with 3-5 questions covering engagement, eNPS, manager effectiveness, or any other tracked dimension. Monthly pulses are appropriate during active change programs. Weekly pulses must be 1-2 questions max to be sustainable.
